ITALIAN LOVE CAKE

1 marble cake mix
1 1/2 lbs. ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

STEP 1: Mix 1 marble cake mix as directed on box.

STEP 2: Mix 1 1/2 pounds ricotta cheese, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix and spoon over cake mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

FROSTING: Mix ingredients; beat and spread.
