1 marble cake mix
2 lbs. ricotta cheese (Sorrento brand)
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake as directed; set aside. In baking pan mix ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Spoon on top of cake evenly. Grease pan. Bake in 9"x13" glass pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool; frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
