1 box fudge marble cake mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

1 sm. box chocolate instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
3/4 c. milk

Make fudge marble cake mix according to directions. Mix cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon evenly over cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool. Frost with chocolate icing.
