1 box fudge marble cake mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

TOPPING:

8 oz. Cool Whip
Sm. box instant chocolate pudding mix (dry)
1 c. milk

Cake: Prepare cake mix as box reads and put in 9x13 pan (don't grease pan). Mix cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla together. Pour on cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until cake test comes out.

Topping: Mix chocolate pudding and milk. Using hand mixer at medium speed add Cool Whip and beat on high until creamy. Put on cool cake.
