CHICKEN FRIED STEAK 
1 1/2-2 lb. round steak (tenderized) ask the butcher to do it
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/4 c. milk

Beat egg and milk together in a bowl. In a paper bag mix all dry ingredients. Coat meat in egg mixture and then shake meat in dry ingredients in paper bag. Fry meat on medium heat in fry pan in enough oil to cover bottom of pan. Brown well.
