ALFREDO SAUCE
2 tablespoons of butter/margarine
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk/Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese or more.
paprika
parsley
black pepper
salt (not too much)
onion salt
garlic powder (all to taste)

Combine the butter and evaporated milk in a saucepan. Heat till all the butter is melted and bring just to a boil. (keeps it from getting cold too fast).

In a small bowl combine the Parmesan and spices and mix altogether. Then add to the milk and butter mixture. Enjoy over any kind of noodle.

I find that everyone likes a different amount of spices/cheese in theirs, don't add too much cheese or it'll just taste like Parmesan and get cold a lot faster. If there's too much liquid wait for it to set for a few minutes and thicken. If it tastes too bland after adding all the spices, try adding a bit more salt.

Loved it! Super easy, and the key is definitely less Parmesan cheese. An extra touch I added fresh spinach & shitake mushrooms at the end.

Easy quick recipe. I even had all the ingredients. I saw other recipes with cream cheese but that makes it thicker and weird taste - this was more restaurant style and cheaper. Thank you!
