GARDEN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
(MICROWAVE)
 
2 sm. yellow squash, sliced
1 med. zucchini, sliced
1 sm. white onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced (can omit)
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme

Place all sliced vegetables in casserole dish and mix all other ingredients. Toss lightly. Cover and microwave on full power for 8-10 minutes.

For conventional oven: Place in oven for 20-25 minutes at 350°F.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
