HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
4 med. potatoes, sliced
1 lb. raw carrots, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can milk
1 sm. diced onion

Brown beef and onion in frying pan. Drain. In 3-quart casserole, place sliced potatoes, carrots and beef. Top with carrots and the rest of potatoes. Pour can of soup and 1/2 can of milk on top. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
