DOUBLE STUFFED MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. melted fat
1 c. tomato juice

Combine meat, onion, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, eggs, 1/2 cup tomato juice, salt and pepper. Place 1/2 minutes in pan. Make dressing by combining soft crumbs, salt, sage, onion and fat. Spread dressing over meat. Top with rest of meat mixture. Pour tomato juice over loaf. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. 6 to 8 servings. Use 1/4 cup tomato juice in the recipe the other 1/4 cup to pour over loaf.
