OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
4 qt. popped corn
1/2 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Heat oven to 200 degrees. Heat in pan butter, sugar, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in soda until well coated. Put on cookie sheets. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool. Break apart. If not crisp, just put back in oven and cook a while longer.
