OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
8 qt. popped corn (microwave popcorn may be used, but not buttery popcorn)
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt and boil 5 minutes. Add soda and vanilla and pour over popcorn, stirring thoroughly. Put on lightly greased cookie sheets and bake for 1 hour at 200°F. Turn every 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
