YUMMY MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
3 qts. popped popcorn (dry)
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cook sugar, Karo, butter in glass bowl in microwave on high 3 minutes. Stir and cook 1 minute on high. Add vanilla and baking soda and stir. Pour over popcorn in paper bag. Shake well. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake well. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Spread on aluminum foil and let dry. All done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
