CHEESE DIP 
1 can (4 oz.) taco sauce
Tabasco sauce
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Garlic salt

Cube cheese in double boiler, add taco sauce, sprinkle with garlic salt. Add 4 or more dashes Tabasco or equivalent. Do not stir. Cook 30 minutes at least, until all cubes are reduced. Do not cover. For nippier taste substitute sharp Cheddar for Velveeta (about half). Taco sauce should be coarse chopped tomatoes and Jalapeno peppers, not the Ashley type. Old El Paso is good.
