LEMON ANGEL PIE 
4 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Sunkist lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
1 (8 inch) pie shell, cooked
4 egg whites

Cream together 4 egg yolks and sugar thoroughly. Add lemon juice then cook in double boiler until thick (about 10 minutes), stirring often. Add butter. Remove from heat fold in 2 egg white stiffly beaten. Pour into pie shell.

Top with Sunkist Meringue made with 2 remaining egg whites. Brown in moderate oven at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
