CHEESY POTATOES 
1 pt. half and half
2 sticks butter
2/3 lb. Velveeta
4 oz. pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
48 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed, salted

Combine cheese, half and half, and butter in saucepan; simmer, stirring occasionally until cheeses are melted. Sauce will be thin. Pour cheese mixture over thawed potatoes (do not mix) 1 hour before baking. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in large baking dish or 9 x 13 inch pan.
