CHEESY POTATOES 
48 oz. frozen hash browns (thawed)
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pt. 2% milk
1 stick butter

Cook butter, cheese and milk until melted. Pour mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle 4 ounces sharp shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered. Serves 15.
