CHEESY POTATOES | |
6 potatoes (according to size) 1 onion 1-2 sticks butter Velveeta cheese Boil potatoes with skins on. Cool. Cut into chunks (can peel or leave skins on). Put into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Saute onion slices in butter. Pour over potatoes. Slice Velveeta over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave until cheese melts and bubbles. |
