CHEESY POTATOES 
6 potatoes (according to size)
1 onion
1-2 sticks butter
Velveeta cheese

Boil potatoes with skins on. Cool. Cut into chunks (can peel or leave skins on). Put into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Saute onion slices in butter. Pour over potatoes. Slice Velveeta over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave until cheese melts and bubbles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
