1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 c. popped popcorn
15 lg. marshmallows
1/2 tsp. food coloring, any color

Melt butter and sugar together in microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir, add marshmallows. Cook in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir after each minute of cooking, marshmallows will be melted. Add vanilla, a few grains of salt and food coloring. Stir to mix well. Pour over popcorn. Stir to coat. Form balls and place on waxed paper. Makes 15.
