GRANDMA'S SIMPLE CUCUMBER SALAD | |
3 or 4 cucumbers 1 large sweet onion 1 (16 oz.) jar Marzetti slaw dressing salt and pepper, to taste Slice cucumbers in 1/8-inch slices. If you leave the skin on, score the cucumber length-wise with a fork before cutting. Slice onion into 1-inch pieces or into rings. Pour Marzetti Slaw Dressing over mixture. Use whole jar. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Best if made earlier in the day before you eat. Great the next day too! Serve cold. Submitted by: Jean Ann |
