CARAMEL CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 can evaporated milk
50 caramels
1 sm. bag semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. butter

Melt caramels; combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk (caramels mixed with evaporated milk will melt in microwave in 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally).

Mix cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk until texture is thick. Place 1/2 mix in bottom on greased 9 x 13 inch pan; bake for 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Pour caramel mixture evenly over this, sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Spoon drop remaining cake mix on top. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
