CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 box German chocolate cake
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. nuts
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels a 1/3 c. evaporated milk

Mix cake mix, melted butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Pour 1/2 of batter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 6 minutes. Cover with chocolate bits then caramels melted in 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Cover with other half of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes.
