CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 German chocolate cake mix
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter
1 c. (or more!) chocolate chips
1 bag caramels

Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Blend cake mix with butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.

In a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan, put half of cake mixture. (It won't pour; it's easiest if you wet your fingers and pat it into the bottom of the pan.) Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.

Sprinkle chocolate chips on bottom layer, then pour caramel mixture over chocolate chips. Finish with second half of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
