CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 pkg. German Chocolate cake mix
1 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. butter, melted
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels

Mix cake, butter and 1/3 cup milk. Spread 1/2 batter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

Melt caramels and 1/3 cup milk. Spread melted caramel over baked batter. Sprinkle cup of chocolate chips over caramel. Spread the rest of batter on top. Return to oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
