1 pkg. cherry Jello (lg.)

Mix according to directions and divide 1/3 in a bowl and set to chill. Add a can of cherry pie filling to the remaining 2/3 and pour into a dish and chill.

When first 1/3 is set, whip and fold in one cup of marshmallows and small container of Cool Whip. Spread over top of chilled cherry mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill.
