CHICKEN A LA FREDERICK 
4 chicken breasts
1 box chicken Shake 'N Bake
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Prepare chicken as directed on Shake 'N Bake package. Place in a shallow bake and serve dish and bake at 400-425 degrees for 40 minutes. While chicken bakes, open can of mushrooms; drain liquid into measuring cup. Add enough water to make 1/2 cup liquid. Place in blender at mix speed. Add the cheddar soup, sherry, milk, salt, pepper, garlic salt and cornstarch. Mix well.

Add mushrooms and let stand 5-15 minutes. Pour mixture into a large skillet and cook over low heat until thickened. Add a little water if necessary. When the chicken is done, pour the hot mixture over the chicken and return to oven. Turn oven off and allow to set 10-15 minutes. Serve right from oven.
