RUM BALLS 
2 c. vanilla wafers, crumbled
1 c. finely chopped coconut or pecan meats
1 c. confectionery sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
1/3 c. rum or brandy

Mix all ingredients well. Shape by teaspoonfuls into firm balls. Roll in confectionery sugar, instant coffee or dry cocoa. (Best if let set for 1 week.)
