HONEY RUM BALLS 
2 c. vanilla wafers (7 1/4 oz. box)
1/2 c. rum
1/2 c. honey
1 lb. walnuts, ground
10X confectioners' sugar

Mix 4 ingredients, roll into balls, then roll balls in sugar. Store airtight, they stay moist for 6 weeks (if they last!) and can be dusted with sugar before serving.
