UNCOOKED RUM BALLS | |
3 c. finely crushed vanilla wafer crumbs 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa 2 tbsp. white corn syrup 1/2 c. dark rum Mix everything thoroughly. Best to do it with the fingers. Pinch off small bits and shape in balls about the size of a large marble. Roll in more confectioners' and freeze until time to use. |
