WALNUT RUM BALLS 
1 1/2 c. ground walnuts
3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. rum or bourbon

Blend thoroughly. Shape into small balls and roll in powdered sugar. Store in covered container.
