WALNUT RUM BALLS 
2 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers, use blender
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. 10x flour
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. rum or rum extract
1 c. powdered sugar or shredded coconut

Combine wafer crumbs, cocoa, 10x sugar and walnuts. Mix well. Add corn syrup and rum. Mix well again. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar or coconut. No baking needed. Can be refrigerated in an airtight container and removed 1 hour prior to serving.
