TATOR TOT CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef (raw) Minced onion to taste 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 sm. pkg. frozen peas & carrots Press ground beef in bottom and sides of baking dish. Sprinkle with onion, salt and pepper. Pour soup over that. Cook peas and carrots in boiling water 4 to 5 minutes, then sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
