POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, broken apart
2 tbsp. onion flakes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed crackers
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix together first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Spray 11 x 13 inch baking dish with Pam. Pour mixture into pan and make level. Mix crackers with butter. Put on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, uncovered.
