POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
12 oz. American cheese, grated
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. melted mayonnaise

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix soup, onion, cheese, sour cream, and melted butter. Spread over potatoes in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix topping and pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
