GOLDEN CREAM OF POTATO SOUP 
3 c. cubed potatoes
2 c. water
1/2 c. celery slices or celery flakes
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Pepper to taste

In large pan combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, bouillon cube and seasoning; mix well. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Gradually add milk to flour until well blended. Add milk mixture to vegetables. Cook until thickened. Add Velveeta cheese. Stir until melted.
