FARMER'S BREAKFAST 
6 slices bacon
1 sm. green pepper, diced
2 tbsp. onion, diced
3 lg. potatoes, cooked, peeled & diced
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. cheese, shredded
6 eggs

Fry bacon crisp and crumble. Saute pepper, onion and potatoes in bacon drippings about 5 minutes. Lower heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cheese. Break eggs into pan. Cook, stirring constantly, until eggs coat the potatoes and are set. Serve at once.
