LEMON APRICOT CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. apricot nectar juice
4 eggs

Mix sugar, eggs and oil well. Add cake mix and nectar, continue beating until smooth. Pour into greased, floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. lemon flavor or nectar juice

Mix and heat to simmer (DO NOT BOIL). Pour over warm cake.
