APPLE FRUIT CRISP 
6-8 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut into quarters or eighths
1/2 bag fresh cranberries
1 can tart pitted cherries
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
Juice from 1/4 - 1/2 lemon

Topping:

1 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. flour
1 c. light brown sugar
12 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine filling ingredients in a large buttered baking dish (or 2 9 x 9-inch dishes). Combine topping ingredients into coarse crumb-like texture. Sprinkle over filling.

Bake 60 - 70 minutes 350°F. Serve warm with a meal. Leftovers are great with whipping cream or ice cream.

Note: This is a great dish for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Serves 8 - 10.
