SAUERKRAUT CAKE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2/3 c. kraut, drained, chopped & rinsed
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. water
2/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together and put in greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees until top springs back when touched. While cake is still hot, use large package marshmallows (large size), each one cut in half, place on hot cake, let cool slightly. Then ice on top of marshmallows.

ICING:

1 lb. box powdered sugar
2/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa

Add enough cold coffee or milk to spread. Add chopped pecans.
