PEA PICKIN CAKE

1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges and juice

Mix and pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

9 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

Combine pineapple and pudding mix well; fold in Cool Whip, spread on cake.
