1 can mandarin oranges
1 pkg. Duncan hines butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Cook according to directions on box of cake mix.

TOPPING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 lg. tub Cool Whip

Mix together and spread on cake. I add nuts to mine and slice a 2 layer cake so you have 4 layers. Keep refrigerated. Delicious.
