LEMON - APRICOT SALAD | |
1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2/3 c. crushed pineapple, not drained 1 lg. banana Dissolve Jello in heated apricot nectar. Add lemon juice and pineapple. Cool and add banana. Mold. Serve with dressing. 1/4 lb. marshmallows1 sm. pkg. cream cheese1/2 pt. whipped cream: Cut marshmallows and break up cream cheese into small pieces. Put these 2 ingredients in bowl and pour whipped cream over it. Let stand overnight. Whip it up before serving. Put in center of mold. |
