1 can tuna
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 c. biscuit mix or your own biscuit recipe

Drain and flake tuna. Cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add cheese and beat until melted. Stir in tuna. Prepare biscuits and put tuna mixture on it. Vent top with fork. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 6. Super!
