TUNA ROLL - UPS 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. milk

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add oil and milk to flour mixture; stir with a fork. Form one large ball and knead 10 times. Place ball between 2 sheets of wax paper. Roll out to a 12 x 12 inch square. Cut into 9 squares. Spread 2 tablespoons of tuna filling (see recipe below) on each square. Roll dough up diagonally. Bake 15 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Serve with sauce (see recipe below) poured over roll- ups.

TUNA FILLING:

1 c. tuna
1/2 c. minced celery or onions
1 egg, beaten

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk

In a small saucepan, combine soup and milk and heat thoroughly.
