BIG POT OF CHILI 
5 lb. ground beef
5 large onions, chopped
4 (28 oz. ea.) cans tomatoes, chopped
2 (8 oz. ea.) tomato sauce
2 (6 oz. ea.) tomato paste
5 (15 oz. ea.) cans kidney beans (undrained)
4 cups water
10 tbsp. chili powder
5 tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. pepper
Cayenne or Tabasco sauce, to taste

Brown meat with chopped onions, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper; drain. Return to pot. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer at least 4 hours, stirring from bottom of pot and adding water if necessary. Taste and adjust.

Makes 20 servings.
