PEACH ICE CREAM 
4 c. peaches
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 sm. carton whipping cream
About 1/2 gal. whole milk

Cut peaches fine, but not completely smooth. Can use food processor. Add sugar to taste. In 1 gallon container put peaches, condensed milk and whipping cream. Add milk to fill line and freeze. You can add more milk than above, but leave room for expansion when freezing.
