AUNT CLARA'S PEACH ICE CREAM 
2 c. fresh peaches
1 1/2 - 3 c. sugar (to taste)
1 qt. milk, including 1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 whole eggs
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 tsp. vanilla

Puree peaches. Let stand an hour with sugar to sweeten. Mix beaten eggs, some sugar and milk. Fold in whipped cream and peaches and freeze in freezer. Pack in ice and salt to harden or place in your own freezer.
