MEAT BALL SUPREME 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs, fresh, crumb in blender
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 onion, chopped (sm. to med. size)
1 lb. ground chuck

Mix above ingredients. Shape into small balls, roll in flour and brown in very small amount of oil (can spray skillet with Pam). Cook slowly, turning until brown. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Drain dippings from skillet and discard. Combine 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can golden mushroom soup, 1 can mixed vegetables (drained), 3/4 cup of milk and mix well; then add meatballs.

Simmer until heat thoroughly. (You can substitute any left over vegetables, carrots, peas, green beans, etc., for can of mixed vegetables). Also can use 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup in place of golden mushroom soup. Can add extra can of drained mushrooms).
