ONION CHEESE SPREAD 
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. boiling water
1 sm. onion, chopped

Drain chopped onion on paper towel to absorb excess juice. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Add cheese, mayonnaise and onion and mix thoroughly. Best served at room temperature with vegetables or crackers.
