FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. shredded sharp process American cheese
Dash salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Leaving cauliflower whole, remove leaves and woody base; wash. Cook cauliflower 12-15 minutes in boiling salted water to cover; drain well. Place cauliflower in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt.
