CHILI SAUCE 
12 lg. tomatoes, cut up in sm. pieces
3 onions, cut up in sm. pieces
3 sweet peppers, cut up in sm. pieces
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 sticks cinnamon
12 to 14 cloves

Peel tomatoes and cut up in small pieces. Also cut onions and sweet peppers in small pieces. In large heavy pot add all ingredients. Place cinnamon sticks and cloves in a cloth. Cook until the desired thickness. Can while hot.
